As the sun set on Florida High Field, Team Florida took a knee in front of Madison County Head coach Mike Coe. Coe was extremely admit about having each players complete attention as he spoke. The topic of discussion was very simple – Win. It’s something the Cowboys head coach is very familiar with after all, his Cowboys have only lost 2 regular season games in his three short years as the head coach. “This is a great group of young men… I’m very excited to see how they perform.” Said Coe.
For War of the Border Even Coordinator Robbie Klees, the events that will lead up to Saturdays game will be a special opportunity for each participating senior. Several college scouts will be on hand to watch the amazing showcase of talent on both sides of the field and of the football. “We’re super excited this year. The amount of recriuting coaches increases each year and we’re able to give more kids an opportunity at a second chance schollarship. That’s what this is all about.” Said Klees.
