The Wakulla War Eagles have produced some of this area’s top talent. The War Eagles have been a perennial playoff contender for decades. The 2017 season for the War Eagles will be challenging in that they are competing in a tough 5A district 2 group. For the second consecutive season, Head Coach Scott Klees will have a new quarterback at the helm. Jaylon Worsham and Duan Allen are dueling it out for the QB position. The winner will need the help of, do it all, Chris Beverly and Offensive Linemen Samari Colvin and Austin Nichols. The defense will be one of the War Eagles’ strongest to date with leading linebackers Kameron Burns and Hezekiah Gross. With a solid interior on the line, look for Wakulla to return to their “smash mouth” football form.

Players to watch

RB Cephus Green , DL Isaiah Lewis, DL  Dakota Reed
